SAMANTHA BU. Born in Singapore, she is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Film at LASALLE College of the Arts. She was a mentee under the Directing track of SCAPE’s Film Facilitation Collective in 2025. She believes in the power of looking inwards and the strength of using art to express thoughts and emotions we keep hidden from the outside world. Sam also has experience in production for narrative and commercial work such as Wonderland (2023), is a freelance teaching assistant at OBJECTIFS Centre for Film & Photography, and a volunteer programmer for senisini’s Film Club.
